Dr. Paul Lubienecki is an American historian based in Hamburg, New York, United States. His expertise covers labor history, public history, and American religion. He is renowned for integrating scholarly research with community engagement throughout Buffalo, NY.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Lubienecki developed a keen interest in local history from an early age, which led him to pursue advanced studies in the field. His academic journey began with primary education in Buffalo and culminated in a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Lubienecki’s career includes founding the Boland Center for the Study of Labor & Religion and establishing PHM Consulting.
